摘要
采取温水、冷水浸泡种子 ,不同浓度的吲哚丁酸、萘乙酸、阿德尼克等生长激素浸种。分别在昆明、元谋、金平进行腰果育苗技术的研究。不同处理的多点试验结果证明 :用始温为 5 0℃的热水或用 30mg 10 0g的吲哚丁酸溶液浸种 2 4h ,成苗率可提高 1 6 9倍 ,且苗木生长健壮。
Taking the ways of soaking the seeds of Anacardinm occidentale.L.in warm and cold water, treating the seeds with different growth regulators, such as IBA, NAA, the study on seeding raising techniques of Anacardinm occidentale.L. was conducted in Kunming, Yuanmou and Jinping. The results show that seedling formation rate can be raised 1 69 times if soaking seeds with water of 50℃(initial temperature) or 30mg/100g IBA for 24hrs, moreover, the seedlings grow well with this treatment.
