摘要
介绍栾川山道庄矿区选钼尾矿回收低品位白钨工艺的改进和设备的新进展,从最初的白钨一粗三精三扫到目前的一粗一扫的工艺流程,从采用BSK-16充气式浮选机、SL-5000射流浮选机到采用CCF-4500浮选柱作为主要选别设备,节能高效地从选钼尾矿中综合回收低品位白钨矿。
The improvements of technique and the renewing of the equipments in recovering low grade scheelite from the tailings of molybdenum flotation in Shandaozhuang mine area of Luanchuan Company are introduced.The flowsheet is changed from single-stage roughing and three-stage cleaning and three-stage scavenging to single-stage roughing and single-stage scavenging. The flotation equipments such as BSK-16 pneumatic cell and SL-5000 jet flotation machine are replaced by CCF-4500 flotation column.The low grade scheelite is efficiently recovered after the improvement implementing.
