摘要
通过三轮农用车正时链和传动链道路行驶磨损试验 ,研究了正时链和传动链的磨损机制 ,指出了油润滑条件下正时链的主要磨损机制是疲劳磨损 ,定期刷油或滴油润滑条件下传动链的主要磨损机制是磨粒磨损 ,分析了目前行业内台架磨损检验方法的局限性。通过微观分析阐述了套筒和销轴零件的表面硬度、显微硬度及其梯度、金相组织等对链条耐磨性的影响规律 。
The wear style and wear mechanism of timing chain and transmission chain for farm three wheeled transport vehicle were illustrated by the road wear test of timing chain and transmission chain. The main wear mechanism of timing chain with oil lubrication is fatigue wear, the formation and propagation of crack are the main factors affecting the fatigue life. With periodical lubrication, the main wear mechanism of transmission chain is abrasive wear. The contributing law of initial surface hardness, micro hardness and its hardness gradient, metallography of bush and pin on chain wear resistance were demonstrated according to the micro analysis and the design rules under different wear mechanism were put forward.
