摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗肺癌的临床疗效。方法将60例肺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组给予中医辨证治疗联合化疗药物顺铂治疗,对照组仅给予顺铂治疗,比较两组患者的疗效及不良反应情况。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为96.67%和66.67%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗肺癌的临床疗效显著,能有效提高患者生存质量并延长生存期,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To discuss the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treats lung neoplasms clinical curative effect.Methods Divides into the observation group and control group each 30 examples stochastically 60 example lung neoplasmspatient,the observation group gives the Chinese medicine dialectical treatment union chemotherapy medicine Cisplatin for Injection treatments,the control group only gives Cisplatin for Injection treatments,compared with two group of patient′s treatment situations.Results The observation group and control group′s total effectiveness respectively is 96.67% and 66.67%,the observation group curative effect surpasses the control group obviously,the difference has statistics significance（P0.05）.The observation group incidence of side effect below the control group obviously,the difference has statistics significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treats clinical curative effect to be remarkable,can enhance the patient to survive effectively the quality and lengthens the lifetime,is worth the clinical promotion and the application.
