摘要
采用外周血淋巴细胞培养及常规染色体制备分析手段 ,对青海省西宁动物园展出的兔逊的染色体核型进行了研究 ,结果是 :兔逊染色体数目为 2n =38;常染色体形态类型划分为 12M +14sM +8sT +2T ,性染色体形态类型为X、Y ,均是sM ;雄、雌兔逊染色体核型公式分别为 38,XY和 38,XX ;染色体总臂数雌雄均为NF =74。
The chromosome karyotype of pallas′s cat that spreated out in Qinghai province Xining Zoo were studied by methods of peripheral blood lymphocytes culture and conventional chromosome analysis technique.The results showed as following:(1)The diploid chromosomes number of pallas′s cat was 2n=38;(2)The shape type of autosomes were made up of 12metacentric+14submetacentric+8subtelocentric+2acrocentric and that of sex chromosomes(X,Y) were all submetacentric;(3)The chromosome karyotype of the female and male pallas′s cat were 38,XX and 38,XY,respectively;(4)The chromosome total arms nunber of male and female were all NF=74.
