摘要
对琼扩试验检测为伪狂犬病毒 (PRV )阳性的病料 ,采用MDBK细胞进行病毒分离培养 ,获得了两株PRV ,进而经家兔接种和核酸杂交鉴定为PRV阳性 ,将其分别命名为PRVSN株、SL株。
We have obtained two strains PRV by isolating and culturing in MDBK cell from positive samples that had been detected by IDT.That it further assays to the two strains by Dotblot bybridization and rabbits inoculated showed that they were positive,and they were named PRV SN and PRV SL respectively.
