摘要
通过单机多工位模具技术的运用,将传统的单工序模具冲压生产,改造为连续冲压生产,减少了设备及人员,减轻了工人劳动强度,提高了冲压生产的安全系数和自动化程度。本文主要介绍了单机多工位模具结构设计要点。
With the application of multi-station transfer die technology,The traditional stamping production with single-operation dies will be modified to a continuous procedure,thus resulting in the reduction of equipment,labors and work intensity,as well as the improvement of safety factor and automaticity degree of pressing production.In this article,the author briefs the structure and design considerations of Multi-Station Transfer Die.
