摘要
母体高校教师在独立学院兼职的工作满意度调查显示:母体高校兼职教师对独立学院的校园环境、工作条件、学院地位等具有较高的满意度;对教学质量考核评价工作、教学管理工作的满意度居中;对收入水平、工作量及学生学习情况等满意度较低。通过原因分析,认为可以采取提高课酬标准、加强学风建设、加强师资队伍建设、畅通信息传达等措施来提高母体高校兼职教师的满意度。
A survey on the part-time position satisfaction of parent-university faculty in independent colleges showed that they had a high degree of satisfaction on the independent college in terms of campus environment,working conditions,college's social status,a mediocre degree of satisfaction in terms of teaching quality assessment and management and a low level of satisfaction in terms of pay,lecture hours and students' learning status.The cause-effect analysis indicated that the satisfaction level can be upgraded through increased pay,improved learning atmosphere,enhanced faculty construction,smoothened message transfer,etc.
