摘要
目的:为促进基本药物配置配送环节的良好运行提供参考。方法:采用文献研究法,分析影响基本药物配置与配送环节的主要因素,提出相关对策。结果与结论:配送利益低导致商业公司动力不足,配送企业能力低;生产不足及使用者积极性不高是影响基本药物配置配送环节的影响因素。建议通过鼓励集中采购、统一定价、统一配送完善基本药物的配送环境;通过优待政策与定点生产保证基本药物的生产;通过完善补偿机制、建立有效的激励机制、加强宣传以促进基本药物的使用。
OBJECTIVE：To promote the good operation in the configuration and distribution link of essential drugs.METHODS：The main influencing factors for the configuration and distribution link of essential drugs were analyzed by literature research method to put forward countermeasure.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：The main influencing factors are low interest and ability in distribution link,production shortage and the low enthusiasm of users.Distribution environment should be promoted by centralized purchasing,unified pricing,unified distribution.Essential drug production should be guaranteed by the preferential treatment and designated production.The use of essential drugs should be promoted by perfecting compensation mechanism,establishing effective incentive mechanism,and strengthening propaganda.
