摘要
随着转基因植物的商业化 ,植物转基技术将为农业生产带来一场新的革命。但目前仅仅把基因导入植物已经不能满足现代农业的要求。新的转化技术不仅要求把基因导入农艺性状优良的品种中 ,呈单拷贝 ,不带辅助序列 (标记基因 ) ,而且转基因的表达必需可预测 ,并在不同的转化体中表达一致。
With commercialization of transgenic plants increasing,transgenic technology of plants will bring a new novelty for agriculture.No longer is it sufficient merely to introduce a gene into a plant.The new generation of technology requires that genes be introduced into agronomically important crops in single copy and without the integration or extraneous vector backbone sequences and even marker genes.The expression of transgenes must be predictable and consistent and stable among numerous independent transformants.It is discussed the questions related marker gens and their elimination.$$$$
