摘要
针对计算器外壳在企业生产过程中存在的具体问题,运用数值模拟技术、正交试验设计理论和神经网络理论优化塑件的工艺成型参数,并获得较为理想的最佳工艺参数组合。本文深入讨论了熔体温度、模具温度、注射时间、保压压力、保压时间、冷却时间六个因素对塑件整体翘曲变形和体积收缩率的影响。
Based on caulator shell in the production process of specific problems.Using numercial simulation techniques,orthogonal desigin theory and neural network optimization of plastic parts molding process parameters,an ideal combination of optimum parameters was got.The six factors of melt temperature,mold temperature,injection time,holding pressure,holding time,cooling time impact on the warpage of overall plastic parts and volume shrinkage were discussed thoroughly.
