摘要
为适应现场混凝土施工中存在的质量管理和成本控制需求,开发了基于GPRS远程信息传输、数据存储、分析平台和广域网(WAN)多用户实时访问信息门户(PIP)的混凝土拌合站生产过程动态监控系统。该系统实现了混凝土施工过程信息数据处理的智能化,解决了混凝土施工过程管理信息的真实性和反馈响应及时性问题,达到了对混凝土施工过程动态管理的目标。
In order to meet the requirement of quality and cost control in on-site concrete construction, the dynamic monitoring system for production process at concrete mixing plant, which is based on GPRS remote information transmission, data storage, analysis platform and WAN-based multi-user real-time access information portal, is developed. During concrete construction, the intelligentized information processing is realized and the validity of information under management and the timeliness of feedback and response are solved, thus dynamic management is reached.
