摘要
为了提高电解用铝板的腐蚀性能进行了以环氧树脂为原料的防腐涂层的研制,通过改变涂料中固化剂与溶剂的添加量设计不同的防腐涂料配方,结果表明,制锌电解极板防腐涂层最佳配方及工艺条件为:环己酮加入量90%,水浴温度55℃,乙二胺加入量7.5%,Clˉ浓度0.1g/l在此条件下,涂板的腐蚀速率0.014mm/d,极板涂层的可用寿命约为12个月。在盐酸浓度2g/l条件下,涂有环氧涂料的铝板的腐蚀速率比纯铝板的腐蚀速率小约15倍。
In order to improve the corrosion resistance of electrolytic aluminium undertook with epoxyresin as the raw material of the coating is developed,by changing the paint curing agent and solvent dosage design of different coating formula,the results show that, for electrolytic zinc plate coating the optimum formulation and technological conditions for cyclohexanone:adding amount 90%, temperature is 55℃, Addition amount of Ethylenediamine is 7.5%,the concentration of chloride ion is 0.1g/L.Under this condition,coated plate corrosion rate 0.014mm/d, plate used to live for about 12 months.In hydrochloric acid concentration 2g/ L,coated with epoxy paint coating plate corrosion rate than pure aluminum corrosion rate about 15 times.
