摘要
1996年 11月 2 1日至 1997年 5月 2日和 1998年 11月 2 4日至 1999年 4月 12日的两次试验结果表明 ,红鳍东方越冬水温较低或日水温差变化较大会影响成活率 ,应控制在 16~ 17℃较好 ,日水温差变化小于 4℃ ,并在自然水温不低于 11℃时就开始升温。体长 10 0~ 150 mm,体重 6 0~ 14 0 g的个体越冬期放养密度为 18~ 30尾 / m3 。饵料中添加维生素 C和 E、“多维”及抗生素等 ,成活率为96 .5% ,日增长体长 0 .2 6 mm,日增长体重 0 .54g。
Two overwintering experiments of Fugu rubripes from November 21,1996 to May 2, 1997 and from November 24, 1998 to April 12, 1999 showed that it is optimum to keep the water temperature at 16 ~17 ℃, that variations of the water temperature must be less than 4℃ in a day and that it is started heating when the natural sea water temperature is no lower than 11 ℃. If not,its survival rate would be affected by the lower water temperature or the larger variations of the water temperature in a day .The density of culture Fugu rubripes is 18 ~30 individual per cubic meter of water body in the overwintering period while its body length is 100~150mm or its body weight is 60~140g.In addition, Vc,Ve,Vitamin complex and antibiotic should be added into diet. The survival rate is 96.5%, and the body length and body weight increased per day is average 0.26mm and 0.54g.
