摘要
介绍了柬埔寨达岱河机组定子线棒结构特点,重点研究了定子线棒新工艺和真空压力浸渍;采用真空压力浸渍系统提高了生产效率、电气绝缘性能、机械性能、耐热性能等,可使产品质量稳定;通过对产品的胶化线棒固化模新工装的改进,提高了产品质量和产量;定子线棒成型时采用进口设备成型;进而形成一套完整的定子线棒制造体系.
The structure features of stator bars in Tatay Unit, Cambodian, are introduced, focusing on the research of new technology for stator bars and vacuum pressure impregnation, which ensures a stable product quality with the characteristics of high productive efficiency, perfect electric insulation, mechanical behavior and heat resistance. The improvement for ge- latinized bars fixed mould contributes to the products a good quality and increased quantity with the help of imported equip- ments in stator bar shaping, forming a complete system for stator-bar manufacturing.
