On the Relations between Students and Teachers and the Development of Undergraduates' Subjectivity

摘要 师生关系是教育教学过程中教师与学生相互影响、相互理解的平等关系。这种关系本质上是一种主体间关系,教学过程中师生的交往和互动合作关系可以唤起大学生的主体意识,形成自主、积极的精神状态;教育过程中师生的交往具有感染、启示作用,引导和促进大学生自主发展;管理过程中学生参与管理、自我管理和教师的严格要求是对大学生主体意识、主体能力的培育。良好的师生关系是提高学生主体性的重要基础,有利于大学生的主体性发展。 The relations between students and teachers are equal, which the teachers and students influence and understand each other in the education and teaching. Essentially the relations are an inter-subjective relationship. In the teaching, the relationship of communication and the interactive cooperation between students and teachers can arouse the undergraduates' subject con- sciousness and form an independent and positive mental state. In the education, the contact between students and teachers can influ- ence and enlighten the undergraduates, and guide and encourage them to develop on their own. In the management, the undergradu- ates' participation, self-government and the teachers' strict requirements can best develop the undergraduates' subject conscious- ness and abilities. The good relations between students and teachers are the important basis to improve the undergraduates' subjec- tivity, and in favor of their subjectivity development.
