摘要
从创新投入能力、创新产出能力和创新环境支撑三个方面,构建高技术产业自主创新能力综合评价指标体系,并利用中国31个省份2009年的数据进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,高技术产业自主创新能力与区域经济发展之间存在显著相关关系;人力、财力、设施等方面的投入以及高技术产业自身的产出规模是高技术产业自主创新能力的主要影响因素;各地区高技术产业自主创新能力差异较大;从东、中、西部三大地区的比较来看,与中国经济空间分布格局基本相似,由东部往西部呈现逐渐降低的梯度分布格局。
From the input capability of innovation, innovation output capacity and innovation environment support three aspect, output ability and innovation environment support three aspects, it constructs the evaluation index system of high technology industry＇s independent innovation ability, and then gave an empirical analysis by the data of 31 provinces of China. The results of the study showed that, there is a remarkable correlation relationship between the independent innovation ability and regional economic development; manpower, financial resources, facilities, and other aspects of the input and output scale of high technology industry itself are the independent innovation capability of the main influencing factors; the independent innovation ability in various provinces of China had great difference; from the comparison of east, middle and west, and it was basic similar with the economic space distribution pattern of China which showed a gradually decreasing gradient distribution from the east to west.
