病史
了解头痛发病机制的病史有助于区分头痛类型。与创伤后头痛有关的物理因子包括冲击力、加速腻速性负荷（惯性负荷），后者主要与颈部挥鞭样损伤有关。从创伤后头痛的更广定义来说，手术治疗也是一种可能引发头痛的外力因素。病史采集中需要注意的关键点主要包括：
