摘要 结合某隧道施工项目的现场情况,提出一种长距离独头巷道掘进的通风施工方案。通过对压入式、抽出式、压抽混合式通风的优缺点进行比较,选择压入式通风,并使用一站式通风方式;通风设备选用大直径风筒和多级隧道施工通风机,通风距离长达15 km。使用压入式送风方式直接将新鲜风流送至掘进工作面,满足了施工通风需求。 In this paper,a ventilation scheme for drivage of a long-distance blind roadway was proposed according to the conditions at the construction site of a tunnel.Forced ventilation was selected and one-stop ventilation was adopted through the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of forced ventilation,exhaust ventilation and overlap auxiliary ventilation;large-diameter air duct and multi-stage tunneling fan were used,and the ventilation distance was up to 15 km.The use of forced ventilation can directly supply fresh air to the heading face to meet the ventilation demand for tunnel construction.
