摘要
通过研究ZigBee路由协议和无线传感网络自适应机制,提出了基于ZigBee自适应多跳通信技术的矿井瓦斯监控系统方案。设计了基于ATmega128L单片机、CC2420射频收发器等芯片的硬件节点。实现了以MQ-4瓦斯传感器模块进行数据采集,以多跳通信的形式将数据传输到监控中心,对井下的环境状况进行实时监控。研究及实验结果表明,该设计系统稳定、功耗低,在实际矿井监测中具有一定的实用价值。
On the basis of study on the ZigBee routing protocol and the self- adaptive mechanism of wireless sensing network, this paper proposed a scheme of mine gas monitoring system based on ZigBee adaptive multi-hop communication technology. The design was based on the hardware nodes of chips of ATmega128L SCM and CC2420 RF transceiver. MQ-4 gas sensor module was used for data acquisition, and the data was transmitted to the monitoring center in the form of multi-hop communication, thus realizing the real-time monitoring of underground environmental conditions. The research and experimental results showed that this design system is stable, has low power consumption, and possesses a certain practical value in the actual mine gas monitoring.
