摘要 腹膜透析（PD）能有效地清除体内多余水分、清除炎症介质,减轻渗漏现象的发生,是治疗婴幼儿先天性心脏病手术后并发毛细血管渗漏综合征（SCLS）的一种安全、有效的手段[1]。我院2008年3月～2011年3月行婴幼儿体外循环心脏手术323例,发生SCLS 9例,
