摘要
由于工业中分段加热的需要,必须采用多个感应器对工件进行分段加热。对目前采用的方法进行了一些归纳整理,并提出一种多个逆变器共同加热一个工件不同区域的方法。每个逆变器主电路采用半桥拓扑,连接一个感应器。由理论分析可知,当每个逆变器的负载电流同相位时,各逆变器之间的功率相互独立,不受磁场耦合的影响。制作了一台由两个逆变器组成的实验样机,通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性。
As the use of industry sub-heating, the multi-inductor is used to heat the work piece.This paper presents some methods currently used, and proposes a method of multi-inverter heat different region respectively.The topology of each inverter is half-bridge, and connects to one inductor.Analysis the theoretical that when the phase of each load current is same,then the power between the inverter is independent,free from interference from other magnetic coupling.An experimental prototype composed of two inverters is proposed.The validity of the theory is verified by experimental results.
