摘要
首先将绢云母用偶联剂KH570进行包覆处理,然后利用超声波的辅助乳化作用,乳液聚合法制备了绢云母/聚苯乙烯(PS)复合粒子。采用正交实验法研究KH570包覆绢云母的优选工艺条件,并对复合粒子的微观结构进行了表征。结果表明,在超声时间为0.5 h,m(绢云母)∶m(KH570)为100∶10,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为4 h的条件下,KH570对绢云母的包覆率较高;红外光谱(FT-IR)和热重分析(TG)结果表明,聚苯乙烯与绢云母间形成化学键合;扫描电镜(SEM)照片显示,聚苯乙烯在绢云母表面形成粒径约为200 nm的微粒。
Sericite was modified with coupling agent KH570 under ultrasonic radiation,then sericite/PS composite particles were prepared by emulsion polymerization assisted by ultrasonic radiation,and optimal process of sericite coating by KH570 by orthogonal experimental method was studied.Microstructure of the composite particles was characterized.The results show that the optimal modification can be achieved according to the following conditions: the ultrasonic time is 0.5h,the mass ratio of sericite/KH570 is 100/10,the reaction temperature is 60 ℃ and the reaction time is 4h.The results of Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR) and thermogravimetry(TG) curves indicate that the polystyrene is linked with sericite via chemical bonds.Scanning electron microscope(SEM) images show that polystyrene micro-particles with diameter about 200nm formed on the sericite surface.
