多交联型聚氨酯材料的制备与性能 被引量:3

Preparation and Properties of PU with Different Crosslink Density Micro-Domains

摘要 以聚酯多元醇(PEA)、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-100)为原料,采用预聚法制备预聚体,将预聚体分成两部分分别以不同的扩链系数与扩链剂3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺(E-300)混合反应,再将两种配料不同的预反应物混合后浇铸成型,即为多交联体系聚氨酯材料。利用差示扫描量热(DSC)、耐溶剂性和力学测试考察其性能并与均一体系聚氨酯(PU)材料的性能进行比较。力学性能测试表明,多交联体系聚氨酯材料的耐撕裂性能明显提高,拉伸性能略微降低;多交联体系聚氨酯材料的耐溶剂性能也明显提高;DSC测定结果表明,多交联体系材料的微相分离更好。 The pre-polymers were prepared from polyethylene glycol adipate(PEA),toluene 2,4-diisocyanate(TDI-100) by a pre-polymerization method,after chain extended by 3,5-dimethyl mercapto toluenediamine(E-300),polyurethane(PU)with different crosslink density micro-domains was obtained with different chain extension methods.The properties of PU were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),solvent resistance and mechanical properties testing.It is demonstrated that PU with different crosslink density micro-domains has optimal tear resistance and good tensile strength.DSC results suggeste a better micro-phase separation of soft segment and hard segment in PU with different crosslink density micro-domains.Besides,PU has excellent solvent resistance performance.
