聚酯型聚氨酯阻尼材料的制备与结构性能 被引量:4

Preparation,Characterization and Properties of Polyurethane Damping Materials with Different Polyester Diol Structures in the Main Chains

摘要 以不同结构的聚酯二元醇与2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-100)、3,3’-二氯-4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷(MOCA)为原料设计并制备了一系列具有阻尼特性的聚氨酯(PU)材料。采用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)对其结构进行了表征;利用动态热机械分析(DMA)研究了不同聚酯二元醇软段结构对PU材料的阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,最大损耗因子(tanδmax)随大分子链上侧甲基含量的增加而增大;而tanδmax值所对应的温度随大分子主链上次甲基含量的增加而降低。当大分子链上侧甲基和次甲基含量分别为17.58%和19.65%时,最大损耗因子和相应的温度达到1.4和36.3℃。 A series of polyurethane(PU) with damping property were designed and synthesized with different structure polyester diol,2,4-toluene diisocyanate(TDI-100) and 3,3′-dichloro-4,4'-diaminodiphenyl methane(MOCA) as raw materials.The structure of PU was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR).The effect of different soft segment structure on damping property of PU was investigated by dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA).The results show that the maximum loss factor(tanδmax) of PU increases with an increase in side methyl group on the main chain,while temperature corresponding to tanδmax decreases with an increase in methylene group on the main chain.When the content of side methyl and methylene group is 17.58% and 19.65%,respectively,the tanδmax and corresponding temperature is up to 1.4 and 36.3 ℃ respectively.
