摘要
为合成高性能织物涂层剂,以聚四氢呋喃醚、聚乙二醇、端氨基含氟硅油为混合软段,合成了有机硅改性的水性聚氨酯(WFSPU)。用红外光谱、核磁共振谱表征了改性聚氨酯的化学组成;通过纳米粒度测定及Zeta电位分析考察了乳液的稳定性;通过差热扫描量热、正电子湮灭谱及静态拉伸试验分别研究了WFSPU膜的热性能、自由体积空洞及力学性能。研究结果表明,当含氟硅油用量(质量分数)<10%时,可以制得稳定的乳液,聚氨酯膜的软段玻璃化转变温度约为-78℃。当含氟硅油质量分数为6%时,WFSPU膜的拉伸模量最高,达到47.33 MPa,断裂伸长率为663.49%。
For the synthesis of high-performance fabric coating agents,water-borne polyurethanes modified by polysiloxane(WFSPU) were prepared by polyaddition reaction using poly(tetramethylene oxide)glycol,polyethylene glycol and amino fluorinated polysiloxane(AFS) as mixing soft segments.The chemical composition of modified polyurethane was characterized using infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.The emulsion stability was studied by the use of nano-particle size and Zeta potential analyzer.Thermal properties,free volume hole and mechanical properties of WFSPU film were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry,positron annihilation spectroscopy and static tensile test.The results show that stable emulsion can be obtained when the amount of AFS(mass fraction) 10%.Soft segment glass transition temperature of polyurethane film is about-78 ℃.When the mass fraction of AFS is 6%,the tensile modulus of polyurethane films is up to 47.33MPa,while the break elongation is 663.49%.
