摘要
通过对怀仁选煤厂入选原煤的工业分析及粒度组成、浮沉组成、可选性分析 ,制定了适合原料煤特点及市场要求的分选加工工艺流程。总结了该工艺流程的主要特点 ,简单介绍了用该工艺建成投产的怀仁选煤厂经济效益情况 ,证明了该工艺的简单、高效。
The seperation and processing process, which is suitable for the raw feed coal feature and market demand, had been established in Huairen Coal Preparation Plant through the proximate, coal size distribution, density composition and preparability analysis of raw feed coal. It was confirmed that, the new process could be provided with simple, high efficiency and reliability after putting into operation in Huairen Coal Preparaton Plant. The economical benefit is also introduced in this paper.
