摘要
采用正交试验考察了不同桑枝比例组成的培养料栽培对不同香菇品种产量的影响。结果表明,栽培品种为241,25%的桑枝条木屑+75%的其他杂木屑作为培养基质材料,袋料pH 5~6,上架转色后温度差控制在10℃左右,遮阴度在50%左右,可提高香菇产量并能合理利用废弃桑枝。
The effect of different proportion of mulberry branch in culture medium on the yield of Lentinus edodos (Berk.) Sing. was studied. The results show that, for the mushroom variety 241, using the cultural medium of 25% mulberry branch sawdust + 75% other wood sawdust, adjusting the pH of cultural medium 5-6, keeping the difference value of temperature at 10℃ after the mushroom-package being placed on shelves, controlling the shade density about 50%, the yield was higher.
