The paper gives a description of the structure, function, measuring principle and application of Model TWY outburst predictor This predictor can comprehensively assess gas outburst hazard by measuring the initial velocity of gas emission from boreholes, the decay coefficient of gas emission and the pressure of desorbed gas.
