胃癌全胃切除ρ型空肠原位间置代胃术的临床观察 被引量：11

摘要 目的:探讨全胃切除后ρ型空肠原位间置代胃重建消化道的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2000年6月—2010年7月施行全胃切除ρ型空肠原位间置代胃术36例患者的临床资料。结果:全组无手术死亡,无吻合口瘘、淋巴瘘、胸腔积液及进行性消瘦等;术后发生不完全性肠梗阻1例,经保守治疗痊愈,均康复出院。术后随访:4例进食后稍有饱胀不适,反流性食管炎2例,30例术后生活质量感到满意,无反流性食管炎、消化不良或肠功能障碍。结论:全胃切除ρ型空肠原位间置代胃术是一种安全可靠、效果满意的手术方式。
