摘要目的探讨鱼肝油酸钠和普萘洛尔联合治疗预防肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张再出血的临床效果及不良反应。方法 92例食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者随机分为鱼肝油酸钠组(44例)和联合治疗组(48例),观察两组患者临床疗效及不良反应,并对患者出院后3个月、6个月、1年、2年进行随访,对比分析两组患者不同时间段的再出血率、死亡率及不良反应情况。结果两组患者出院后3个月、6个月、1年、2年再出血率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在随访过程中两组患者死亡率无显著性差异;联合治疗组能显著降低腹水加重的发生率。结论鱼肝油酸钠联合普萘洛尔预防再出血疗效显著,且能显著降低腹水加重不良反应的发生率。
