摘要
介绍了末煤重介分选介耗形成的几种主要原因 ,探讨了圆筒重介旋流器精选末煤工艺中 ,通过改变常规的脱介筛分级粒度、增加重介系统内部循环水、改善喷水效果等途径 ,可以有效减少介质消耗、降低生产成本。
Several factors causing medium loss in fine coal preparation are introduced. In dense medium separation process that reconcentrating primary concentrate of jigs, using the methods of enlarging apertures of the drain screen, increasing recycled water in dense medium preparation system and improving the result of the spray water and etc,the loss of medium and the product cost may be greatly decreased.
