摘要
信息社会的到来使高校图书馆在不知不觉间开始了泛在化进程,体现了当代图书馆的无差别社会服务精神。在这样的泛在知识环境下,高校图书馆员不能固步自封,需不断充实自己。本文分析、论述了高校图书馆员为适应新形势的需要所应该具备的相关素质。
The coming of information society promotes the unconscious ubiquitous process of university libraries,which reflects the spirit of undifferentiated social service of contemporary libraries.In today＇s ubiquitous knowledge environment,the university librarians should not be conservative and complacent and they need to constantly update themselves.In this paper,the relevant quality requirements of the university librarians in the new situation are put forward.
