摘要
分析了高等学校内设学院(系)党委工作的现状和存在的主要问题,阐述了院(系)党政关系的难点,提出了院(系)党委工作机制创新的基本思路和措施,以期对进一步加强和促进院(系)党委工作提供一定参考。
The present situation and the existing main problems of Party committee work in departments of universities are analyzed,and the ideas and methods to innovate its working mechanism are presented,which are valuable for improving the Party committee work in departments of universities.
