摘要
总结了1953例行角膜异物剔除术患者的治疗护理,包括心理护理、治疗时护理及复诊护理等。角膜异物1次剔除治疗1912例,占97.9%,2次剔除治疗41例,占2.1%。术后无1例发生感染,无并发症发生。认为正确、安全的角膜异物剔除术护理,能有效地减少患者痛苦,能提高患者生活质量。
To summarizes the treatment and nursing care of 1953 patients undergoing corneal foreign body removal,including psychological nursing,nursing during the operation and return visit and so on.Among this group,1912 eases undergoing corneal foreign body had been removed once,accounted for 97.77% of all. Another 41 cases undergoing corneal foreign body had been removed twice,accounted for 2.1%. No patient got infections and complications after operation. We consider that the correct and safe nursing care of corneal foreign body removal can reduce the pain of patients undergoing corneal foreign body and improve the quality of life.
