摘要
目的探讨康惠尔渗液吸收贴联合造口护肤粉在Ⅱ～Ⅲ度压疮中的治疗效果。方法按照知情同意的原则将64例院外带入压疮分为观察组34例,对照组30例,观察组创面应用康惠尔渗液吸收贴联合造口护肤粉;对照组创面应用0.5%碘伏纱块。分别观察2组总有效率、换药次数及愈合时间。结果观察组创面愈合时间少于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论康惠尔渗液吸收贴联合造口护肤粉治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ度压疮效果确切,可以缩短创面愈合时间,提高治愈率,减少换药次数,具有较大的临床应用价值。
Objective Observation of the therapeutic effect of Comfeel Biatain Foam Dressing and Ostomy powder to cure pressure ulcer of stages Ⅱ～Ⅲ. Methods Practice on the principle of informed eonsent,a total of 64 pressure .ulcers in hospitalized patients were divided into trial group （34 cases）and control group （30 cases）. Patients of trial group were treated with Comfeel Biatain Foam Dressing and Ostomy powder,while patients of control group were treated with 0.5% Iodophor Ribbon Gauze. The total efficacy rate, changing frequency and wound healing time of the two groups were observed. Results The wound healing time of trial group was obviously fewer than control group,and the total efficacy rate in trial group ＇was higher than in control group,and the differences has statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusions The therapeutic effect of Comfeel Biatain Foam Dressing and Ostomy powder to cure pressure ulcer of stages Ⅱ～Ⅲ is satisfactory,it may shorten wound healing time,improve the cure rate of pressure ulcer,and reduce changing frequency,therefore it may ultimately has great clinical usage.
