摘要
从房地产商品的特殊性出发,阐述房地产企业的专业化与多角化战略选择问题,提出对一般的房地产企业应实施专业化经营战略,不宜过早多角化;而实力雄厚的大企业可考虑多角化战略,但必须保证主业优先发展等观点。
This paper , from the particularity of real estate commodities, elaborates the question about how to choose the professional and multi-strategies of real estate , and puts forward the professional management strategies which are put in practice to the common real estate enterprises. It is improper to be multi- prematurely; for the large-scale powerful company it is considerable to carry out the multi-strategies, but the dominating industry must be ensured to take precedence to be developed.
