摘要
慈善是中华民族传统美德，慈善事业则是中国特色社会主义事业和社会保障体系的重要组成部分。广西集“老、少、边、山、穷”为一体，慈善事业无论在慈善意识、政府角色、慈善组织、激励机制等方面都存在着许多问题。从市场经济的视角去探索其慈善事业发展存在的问题， 有助于改善不足，促进我区慈善事业的健康、有序地发展，使之真正发挥扶危济贫、协调社会发展的功能。
Charity is a traditional Chinese virtues, and philanthropy is an important part of socialism with Chinese characteristics and social security system. Guangxi is a combination of ＂ old, little, edge, hill, poor ＂, its philanthropy has many problems in charitable consciousness, the government role, charity organizations and incentive mechanism. Exploring the existing problems of charities’ development in the view of market economy will be useful to improve insufficient, promote the philanthropy to develop healthily and orderly, and make it display the functions of helping to the relief of human and coordinating social development indeed.
