摘要
用不同温度的清水、硫酸等对山杜英种子进行催芽处理,结果表明,清水20℃浸泡24 h的处理方法发芽率最高,达81.80%,比对照的发芽率提高了近1倍,基本可实现产业化育苗的要求。
Abstract The seed germination treatments of Elaeocarpus sylvestris were carried out by different temperature of water, sulfuric acid, the results showed that the germination rate was the highest with soaked in 20 ℃ water for 24 h ,reached 81.80% ,which increased by nearly one times than that of CK, and it could achieve the basic requirements of seedling industrialization.
