摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对急诊科护士职场暴力的影响。方法 82名护士按数字随机法分为对照组和综合干预组(简称干预组),每组各41人,干预组对护士采取加强护理人员针对性培训、心理辅导以及开展模拟突发暴力事件演习等综合性干预措施,对照组除加强医院环境外不做特殊处理,6个月后评价两组护士职业紧张(OSI-R)、焦虑抑郁以及职业应对评分。结果干预后干预组OSI-R各项指标评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分干预后均明显降低(P<0.05),但干预组SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),干预后干预组积极应对、消极应对评分与对照组比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对急诊护士进行综合干预能提高其心理健康水平、生活和工作质量,有利于护士队伍的稳定。
Objective To explore the influences of comprehensive nursing interventions on emergency nurses with workplace violence.Methods 82 nurses were randomly divided into two groups according to the figures：control group and comprehensive intervention group（intervention group）,each group having 41 nurses.For the intervention group,we carried out some comprehensive interventions such as the targeted training on the nurses,psychological counseling and simulation exercises of sudden violence and so on.The control group was done without special handling in addition to improving the hospital environment.After 6 months,the occupational stress,anxiety,depression and emergency response capability of the two groups were evaluated and scored.Results After the interventions,the OSI-R indicators scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of control group（P0.05）.The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased（P0.05）.The SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P0.05）.Compared with the control group,the positive and negative response scores of the intervention group were significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusion The mental health and the quality of life and work could be improved through the comprehensive interventions on emergency nurses with workplace violence.In addition,they were conducive to the stability of the nursing team.
