摘要
在分析煤炭开发对水土环境影响和破坏基础上，探讨了产生这些影响的形成机制，进而对保护水土环境的技术途径、工艺流程和技术关键进行了研究。
On the basis ofanalyzing the influences and destruction on waterand soilresource due to coalexploitation, this paper discussestheform ing em echanism ofthese influences, and furtherthe technique approach, technicalprocess and key technique to protectwaterand soilresources.
