摘要
自动扶梯是一种常用的载人提升设备,广泛用于商场、宾馆、车站、机场、高铁、地铁等场合。它在方便顾客和提高服务质量等方面起到了相当重要的作用,但由于其使用场合的特殊性,运转时间长,空载率高,存在很大的能量浪费。经变频调速改造后,节电效果显著。本文主要讲述自动扶梯节能改造原理,通过红外传感器开关系统和变频器对自动扶梯的控制,达到节能的目的。此应用具有很重要的意义。
Escalators is a commonly used manned lifting equipment, widely used in shopping malls, hotels, railway stations, airports, high-speed rail,subway and other occasions. It has played a very important role in the convenience of our customers and improving service quality. There is a big waste of energy because of its use of special occasions, running a long time, no-load rate. After the frequency control transformation, escalator energy-saving effect is very significant. This paper focuses on energy-saving escalator principle, by using the infrared system and the frequency control of the escalator, to save energy. This application has very important significance.
