人类激肽释放酶2研究进展及其与前列腺癌的关系 被引量：6

摘要 前列腺癌（prostaticcarcinoma，PCa）是欧美地区男性最常见的恶性肿瘤，在美国居所有恶性肿瘤的第一位，病死牢居第二位，仅次于肺癌…。随着老龄化社会的到来和饮食结构的改变，我国人群前列腺癌的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势。南于前列腺癌生长缓慢，早期常无明显症状。发现时多属晚期，预后不良，冈此早期诊断前列腺癌对其治疗及预后具有重要意义。
