小儿特重度烫伤合并脓毒症一例 被引量：1

摘要 患儿女，2岁，系全身多处开水烫伤l周伴精神萎靡、纳差、腹胀2d入院。烫伤后，患儿在院外接受了1周不系统、不正规的治疗（具体不详），病情明显加重。转入我科时，已形成了20％深Ⅱ度至Ⅲ度的创面，创面散在全身多处，主要位于躯干及四肢，创缘红肿明显，基底呈黑色焦痂样改变，痂壳凹陷且干燥，无明显分泌物；
