摘要
建筑物平移是一项技术含量颇高的工程技术.针对天水市某中学教学楼的平移工程,根据其场地条件及建筑结构形式,需对场地土进行地基处理,使基础坐落于第②层土上.根据平移路线及建筑物使用功能,选择原位为条形基础、行走段为平板基础、新位为筏板基础.对平移旋转中心、行走梁、滚轴选择及到位后的连接等进行了设计.平移过程中采用实时检测,避免出现突发振动和不均匀沉降,确保平移工作顺利进行.
Building translation is a engineering technology with high technical content.According to translation project of a teaching building of one secondary school in Tianshui city,we should do foundation located on the second layer because of the site condition and structural form.According to the translation route and using function of the building,we choose strip foundation for home position,flat foundation for midway and raft foundation for new position.Rotation center of translation,underpinning beam,roller selection and connection after reaching are designed.Real-time detection is used to prevent emergent vibration and uneven settlement and ensure the smooth going of translation.
