摘要
目的探讨当归破壁粉的补血作用及急性毒性作用。方法建立失血性贫血小鼠模型,以白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板(PLT)等血常规指标衡量当归破壁粉粒对贫血的治疗作用,并以当归破壁粉粒及其饮片80 g/kg给小鼠灌胃后7 d,观察其对小鼠的急性毒性。结果当归破壁粉粒能明显改善小鼠贫血指标,且未观察到当归破壁粉粒及其饮片的急性毒性发生。结论当归破壁粉粒具有补血作用且无急性毒性作用。
Objective To study the effect of the blood enrichment and acute toxicity of cell-wall broken powder of Angelica sinensis.Methods Establish a hemorrhagic anemia mouse model and measure the effect of the blood enrichment of cell-wall broken powder of Angelica sinensis by WBC,RBC,Hb,PLT and other blood indicators.Then 80 g dried medicinal herbs/kg of cell-wall broken powder and decoction pieces of Angelica sinensis were administrated in mice,and these acute toxic reactions were observed continuously for 7 days.Results Cell-wall broken powder of Angelica sinensis obviously improved blood indicators.No toxic reactions were observed on cell-wall broken powder and decoction pieces of Angelica sinensis.Conclusion Cell-wall broken powder of Angelica sinensis has the effect of the blood enrichment but no toxic reaction.
