摘要
目的对中药复方脑脉通的化学成分进行研究。方法利用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析、ODS RP-18柱层析等色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从组分D中分离得到6个化合物,分别为:20(S)-人参皂苷-Rb3(1)、20(S)-人参皂苷-Rc(2)、20(S)-人参皂苷-Rd(3)、20(S)-人参皂苷-Rh1(4)、20(S)-人参皂苷-Rh2(5)、20(S)-人参皂苷-Rg1(6)。结论鉴定出的化合物均为首次自脑脉通复方中分离得到。
Objective To study on chemical constituents from Naomaitong.Methods Compounds were isolated and purified repeatedly by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and ODS RP-18 column,and the structure was identified by physical,chemical methods and spectral data.Results Six compounds were obtained from D fraction and identified as ginsenoside Rb3(1),ginsenoside Rc(2),ginsenoside Rd(3),ginsenoside Rh1(4),ginsenoside Rh2(5),ginsenoside Rg1(6).Conclusion Six compounds are isolated from Naomaitong for the first time.
