摘要
目的观察双黄连针剂雾化吸入辅治急性咽炎的临床疗效。方法将90例急性咽炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各45例。治疗组应用双黄连、庆大霉素、地塞米松、糜蛋白酶超声雾化吸入,对照组应用庆大霉素、地塞米松、糜蛋白酶超声雾化吸入,治疗后比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.6%高于对照组的86.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双黄连针剂雾化吸入辅治急性咽炎效果较好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Shuanghuanglian injection ultrasonic aerosol in acute pharyngitis. Methods 90 cases patients with acute pharyngitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group was given shuanghuanglian, gentamicin, dexamethasone, chymotrypsin ultrasonic atomization inhalation; Control group used gentamicin, dexamethasone, chymotrypsin ultrasonic atomization inhalation, Compared clinical effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.6% higher than 86.7% of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Acute pharyngitis treated with spray inhalation of Shuanghuanglian give better results, Worthy of clinical application.
