摘要
目的分析经内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)术后并发症及防治对策。方法分析我院2006—2011年173例行ERCP手术患者的临床资料,观察术后常见并发症,比较诊断性及治疗性ERCP术后并发症的差异。结果诊断性ERCP组并发症发生率为20.3%,低于治疗性ERCP组的41.8%,其中高淀粉酶血症为ERCP术后主要的并发症,两组患者共21例发生,占23.6%,其次为急性胰腺炎、急性胆管炎和消化道出血。结论行ERCP术应严格掌握适应证,术前详细了解患者基础病情况,正确使用预防药物,术中操作过程中小心谨慎,正确判断并发症的发生,并进行科学的对症积极处理,能够明显降低ERCP术后并发症的发生率。
Objective To investigate prophylaxis and ttreatment of The complication of ERCP.Methods A retrospective analysis of 173 cases with ERCP in our hospital from 2006 to 2011 years was operated,to observe complications,and compare the diagnostic and therapeutic ERCP postoperative complications differences.Results In diagnostic group ERCP complication rate was 20.3%,lower than the treatment group of 41.8%,wherein the hyperamylasemia was ERCP major postoperative complications,two patients of 21 cases,accounting for 23.6%,followed by acute pancreatitis,acute cholangitis and hemorrhage of digestive tract.the difference of complication between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion ERCP operation indication should be strictly controlled,understand basic disease,use preventive medicine properly,operation process circumspect,judgthe occurrence of complications correctly,and to carry out scientific symptomatic active treatment,in order to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications after ERCP significantly.
