摘要
目的:探讨老年人贫血的原因及贫血对老年人生存的影响,提高对老年人贫血的认识。方法:回顾性分析临床确诊的163例老年贫血患者的临床资料。结果:老年贫血原因前3位分别为缺铁性贫血(19.6%)、慢性病贫血(19.0%)、骨髓异常综合征(16.0%)。老年人随着血红蛋白的下降死亡率会上升。结论:老年人贫血病因复杂,且影响老人生存寿命,我们要高度重视,尽量早期发现,明确原因,及时预防和治疗,提高老年人生活质量。
Objective：To explore the causes of anemia in elderly and the effect of anemia on survival in elderly,to improve the understanding of anemia in elderly.Methods：163 cases of anemia in elderly were retrospectively analyzed.Results：The top five causes of anemia in elderly were the iron deficiency anemia（19.6%）,anemia of chronic disease（19.0%） and myelodysplastic syndromes（16.0%）.A negative correlation was found between the level of chemotherapy-induced hemoglobin and rates of death.Conclusions：The causes of anemia in elderly were complex.Anemia is negatively impacts on survival.Anemia should be taken seriously in elderly,and early diagnosis,treatment in time,make definitely classifications,prevention and treatment and improving elderly living quality.
